Fried Fritz

Not quite how grandma used to make it - but still yummy!



Take some really yummy thick slices of  "fritz" - some of you may know it as Berliner - coat in seasoned flour, dip in egg, cover in breadcrumbs,  dip in egg AGAIN and cover generously in breadcrumbs AGAIN!!

Fry up in hot oil and wait for them to puff up.



Then.................................................

Eat it!!!


I wish I had some of Grandma's home made tomato sauce to go with it!!
